Job Description STATEMENT OF WORK TitleProfessional Services for Senior Business Architect ObjectiveThe Business Architect will be responsible for a range of activities including, but not limited to: elicit and document requirements, plan and lead requirements gathering workshops, provide assistance with the development of procurement strategies and plans, aid with the development of documents required to support a TB Submission, design and prepare statement of works and the creation of Executive presentations. Tasks and DeliverablesThe services of one (1) Business Architect are required to undertake the following tasks and deliverables:1) Provision of strategic advice and assistance to the Project team related to the CRMS Portfolio and projects, with emphasis on the portfolio and project management and business analysis activities:2) Provision of strategic advice and assistance to the Project team in identifying the current technical environment that supports the Courts and Registries.3) Provision of strategic advice and assistance to the Project team in defining the costing models and substantiation tools to accompany the TB Submission.4) Provision of strategic advice and assistance to the Project team in the preparation of the documents to support the CRMS RFP, providing overall guidance, oversight and quality assurance.5) Preparation of executive briefing notes, presentation of executive briefings and facilitating discussions with executive as required.6) Meet with other organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal and external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and organizational goals.7) Attend and participate in meetings, as required, including but not limited to:a) Weekly project status meetings;b) Project planning meetings; andc) Working group meeting. DeliverablesThe tasks listed above will produce the following deliverables, but is not limited to:1) Strategies, plans and materials including, but not limited to:a) procurementb) HRc) implementationd) communicatione) change managementf) benefits realization and performance managementg) requirements gathering2) Functional Requirements document3) As-is and To-be business process definition4) Technical requirements5) Final Statements of Work (SOW)6) Final Statement of Requirements (SOR)7) Mandatory and rated experience requirements for supplier capacity, capability and commitment8) Technical evaluation approach9) Financial evaluation approach10) Oversight and quality assurance11) Draft of responses and for supplier questions12) Draft of RFP amendments13) Presentations on various subjects for all levels of the organization14) Diverse status reports Equipment to be provided to consultantA laptop;A network account;A VPN access.
