Field Manager (Supervisor)

This is a Full-time position in Township Of Woolwich, ON posted September 30, 2019.

Field Manager — Kitchener, Ontario We are looking for that A talent who has high integrity and an ownership type mentality to impact our business.

This position will be responsible for the field operations of T Weber and will have their hand on the pulse on production at all times.

This person is able to understand where the efficiencies are and understand not only meeting profit margins but smashing the targets in front of them.

If so, we want to hear from you Duties and Functions Determine best method of day to day construction planning.

Including manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedule Responsible for fleet and facility maintenance program Responsible for Employee Management including: recruiting, training, performance management, motivation (salary increases, promotions, etc) Ensure staff work in a safe and efficient manner and monitor Health and Safety Compliance Ensure all field reporting is accurate and on-time Resolving all construction problems on site (lack of productivity, complaints, construction issues, etc.) Provide support to the sales department in regards to estimates, pre-construction meetings, etc Provide hands-on support in the field on construction sites Qualifications Valid class G driver’s licence, clean driver’s abstract AZ license, or willingness to work towards obtaining Project Management experience related to construction required Leadership and problem-solving capabilities, ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills Ability to travel, and be on job sites, with some projects running late into the day Mechanically inclined, with some experience in hands-on equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with design and execution of fleet maintenance programs Microsoft Office skills
