This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted February 13, 2019.

Chess Electric located in Mississauga (Hurontario and 401 area) is the manufacturers representative in the province of Ontario for GE Multilin, Meltric, Gentec and Kocos.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual Inside Sales Representative for our Mississauga office. The ideal candidate must be well organized and have a solid understanding / background in electrical and automation.

The main responsibilities for this inside sales position:
– Be attentive to customer request, professional and polite
– Answer incoming telehone and email inquiries
– Prepare and submit quotes and project tenders on time
– Respond to requests for pricing and provide technical information
– Work / Communicate with outside account representative and suppliers
– Take initiative to suggest alternatives or related products as required
– Solve customer issues promptly and effectively
– Provide each client with an excellent customer experience
– Use and maintain CRM system to support customer and supplier relationship
– Participate in monthly sales meeting / traing / business development programs
– Fulfill your obligation to be the voice of integrity

Qualifications:
– Knowledge / good understanding of electrical systems and automation
– Execellent communicator (written and verbal)
– Sales leader with solid understanding of the sales process and customer service requirements
– Excellent organizational skills and master of multitasking
– Strong computer skills
– Willingness to help others, learn new products and technologies
– Able to work independently
– Honest
