Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Long-Term Care Facility

This is a Full-time position in Markham, ON posted May 28, 2020.

We are in a global pandemic, and your skills are needed more than ever.  Your technical skills, your resourcefulness, your heart.  This is why you got into nursing – to care for people in need. There’s no place where your help is more needed than in the long-term care facilities in your community.  Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) We are in desperate need of Registered Practical Nurses in our facility, where we are currently experiencing an outbreak of COVID-19.  In this role you will: * Provide leadership to direct care staff in all aspects of resident care, within established legislative standards* Oversee the use of resources (people, supplies, and fiscal) * Implement resident-focused programs, policies, and procedures with the Director of Nursing and the Quality Team* Monitor the quality of care and services delivered to residents The Details Multiple shifts are available for this position (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am). Salary will be competitive and commensurate with your experience. You will be provided with the personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to keep you safe. You’ll need to be a licensed RPN to apply for this role.
