Registered X-Ray Technologist

As a member of the healthcare team, the Registered X-Ray Technologist coordinates, performs and evaluates diagnostic imaging examinations within the specific discipline, provides patient-care to meet the clients needs and guides/directs clinical and technical associates, follows “Standards of Practice” as outlined from the College of Medical Radiation Technologists and performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply and prescribe ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
