As an Advisor Planning & Management, you will work collaboratively with several groups within and outside of the DSM group to develop and implement program offering strategies and tactics that are responsive to market needs. You will participate in a feedback loop between the market and our innovation teams that will be supporting you to develop new and improved iterations of your program offerings. You will also work with sales to ensure they have the information they need to best see opportunities and get results.

Specific Accountabilities
Primary contributor and in some cases lead for strategic projects within the team
Sector Plan Interpretation, Input, and Implementation
Offer Plan Decision, Planning, and Implementation
GAP analysis on performance of existing offers
Integration of new technologies and measures into existing offerings
Support the development of new tools and measure calculators to provide sales with new opportunities to drive energy efficiency projects
Identify and recommend changes to program offerings, including project management requirements, evaluation and tracking requirements, scenario planning and opportunities to mitigate risk proactively
Develops, implement, Monitor and Enforce DSM wide business rules with respect to DSM program offering delivery to mitigate risk to results through audit.
Develops and provides accurate and timely outlooks and forecasts for reporting against annual targets and provides strategic recommendations to address business challenges as they arise.
Operationalize collaborative agreements and ensure third party requirements are met.
Implement Market Research and Business Intelligence activities to gain insights to support planning, program development, monitoring and evaluation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Minimum of 4 years progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design, including project management and business development
Project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think in a strategic direction
Customer and results focused
Internally, this role is titled as an Advisor C/I Program Design.
