We have an exciting opportunity to join our Storage and Transportation (S&T) Contracting team!
The Storage and Transportation Contract Support Analyst works to prepare and execute the S&T Contracting process in a timely and accurate manner. While completing this process, the incumbent is accountable for interpreting contract terms and calculating quantities to facilitate the operation and administration of Storage and Transportation contracts in compliance with both external regulated requirements and company policies and procedures.

What you will do:
Create, review, amend and ensure execution, management and retention of contracts and agreements for S&T services in accordance with policies and with a customer service excellence approach while ensuring contract discrepancies are investigated and resolved prior to completion.
Interpret contract terms to facilitate operation and administration of contracts and suggest changes to satisfy Legal and departmental requirements.
Assist with on-going development and updating of contract templates, as well as create new templates and non-standard contracts.
Prepare and publish required monthly, seasonal and annual reports and information in a timely and accurate manner for both internal and external clients.
Work with S&T Contracting and Technical System Applications team members to identify issues, find solutions and execute on the solutions in a timely manner through testing of contract system changes and enhancements to ensure functional prior to implementation.
Must Have Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of proven analytical work experience preferred. Additional business acuity is highly desired.
High attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team environment as well in a self-directed manner while working well under pressure.
A solid practical working knowledge of S&T services and contracting systems is preferred.
