Job Description Bilingual Senior Recruiter – 750 Hiring Bonus Eligible Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment processes for individual contributor, management and field operations positions.

Duties include phone screenings, interviews, passive applicant sourcing, job offer negotiations and preparation of offer letters, background screening and on-boarding activities.

This role partners with Hiring Managers to design, develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent including internal and external advertising and sourcing passive applicants for open positions.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail as they are responsible for reviewing recruitment documentations for accuracy, consistency and compliance with established regulations, policies, procedures and budgetary guidelines.

CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.

APPLY TODAY What We Offer: All applicants hired between September 21, 2021 and October 30, 2021 are eligible to receive a hiring bonus of up to 750 Full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision Short and Long-Term Disability Generous paid time off To learn more about sign on bonus details, apply today to speak with a Recruiter Responsibilities: Performs sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company Drives the candidate management process with hiring manager, solidifies offer process and candidate acceptance Performs ad hoc reporting, pulling, analyzing metrics, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintenance and managing relationships with external and internal customers Develop job postings to ensure visibility of potential candidates using various platforms and outlets to include internet job boards, paid media, workforce centers, social media, and/or print advertisements Creates and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers using ATS, external job boards and community-based organizations Recommend and review hiring salary proposals, offer letters within prescribed policy parameters Conducts gap analysis, tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity Qualifications: Must be bilingual in both English and French Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field 3 years of related experience including development of cost-effective sourcing strategies Must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, understanding of company’s organizational structure, policies and procedures Knowledge of relevant Federal, provincial and local employment labor laws regarding employment practices Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other payroll and software applications
