As a change coordinator, you will be a subject matter expert for assessing, planning and monitoring change management for the TIS GDS utility application teams. #joinourteam
What you will do:
Act as a SME for change and release management
Manage change through entire lifecycle, including approvals and ensuring lead times are met.
Understand and ensure the process, procedures, work instructions, required documentation and tools are used and /or followed.
Accountable for presenting changes to Technical Advisory Board (TAB) & Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Liaison for change and release management with Enterprise TIS Change and Release Management team.
Understand & mitigate Risk/Impact associated with change schedule.
Validate process requirements and necessary documentation.
Gather Change related information for releases and create Change Request, evaluates risk and proposes the change schedule.
Develop and distribute reports via Service Now as it relates to application release and change.
Attend training classes to improve personal and leadership skills.
Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.
Who you are:
You have College or University degree OR three-year technical diploma.
ITIL certification preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow would be an asset.
4+ years of application sustainment/support/development
3-5 years working with business partners and external service providers.
Experience with GDS Utility applications
Understanding of IT Infrastructure
Strong understanding of ITIL governance and policies
Ability to Communicate effectively and frequently with business clients, TIS colleagues, and Vendors; be responsive and available to address concerns, issues, feedback, and questions.
