Human Resources (HR) Administrator

Daily tasks could consist of handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Your responsibilities
– Preside over employee database records
– Perform various administrative duties
– Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
– Back-up for payroll and benefits administration
– Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor
– Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Comprehensive knowledge of benefits payroll
– Benefits administration experience preferred
– Proficiency in Reconcile Payroll
– Onboarding experience preferred
– Benefits coordination experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
