Reporting to the President, the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for over 150 employees.

The responsibilities of HR Manager may include but are not limited to Maintain job descriptions, post positions, prescreen and recruit for hourly and salary Prepare employment contracts for new hires Prepare internal promotions and employment contract changes Provide guidance and counselling to managers and employees Manage all WSIB claims, investigations and return to work plans and reporting Oversee and manage probations and performance reviews.

First point of contact for group benefits provide, payroll processing company, employment lawyer and WSIB Lead hand in comprehensive health and safety, employee policies, procedures and ensure Compliance Company wide Work collaboratively with Plant manager to ensure Health and Safety training schedules are met Participate in ISO audits The ideal candidate sought for this full-time position will have 5 years?

experience as an HR Manager with your CHRP designation and from a Manufacturing Industry.

The successful candidate will have experience in payroll, WSIB, Return to Work Plans and ISO knowledge.
