Under the direction of the Team Lead, Construction Company Crews and with the support of additional crew members, our Labourers will assist in the installation, maintenance and replacement of buried pipelines and above ground facilities within the natural gas pipeline distribution system.

Note: This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for call-back next season.
What You Will Do
Ensure all work and safety processes, practices and procedures are followed, all equipment is inspected and maintained, and all personal protective equipment is worn properly.
Preparing pipeline project sites which includes excavating, constructing and testing new pipelines, backfilling excavation, and restoring construction sites.
Install new, replacement and reinforcement mains, services and stations.
Perform other related construction work, including but not limited to, communicating with builders and customers on various sites, maintain equipment and material inventory, and complete gas line locations prior to crew construction.
Perform high quality work in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Interact with external customers while maintaining a positive and professional image that upholds our Company brand.
Who You Are
You will have the following:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
Must have and retain a valid Ontario G driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record according to Enbridge standards.
Must be physically capable of performing strenuous manual labour and able to wear all appropriate safety equipment.
Ability to operate a computer and learn Company related software and systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A post-secondary degree or diploma in a technical field is an asset
Previous construction-related experience is desired.
Working Conditions
Successful candidate must obtain and maintain a Gas Pipeline Inspector's ticket within the required time frame.
Successful candidate is required to pass all Enbridge safety training, mechanical aptitude testing and job progression standards.
This role requires extensive travel travel(up to 80%) within the region and surrounding areas.
