This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted June 30, 2019.

Ref ID 05030-0011053521 Classification Payroll Processor Compensation $26.00 to $30.00 per hour Our very reputable and well-respected client is looking to fill a Payroll Administrator role within their organization.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to put there skills to the test and gain valuable work experience.

Responsibilities in this role Responsible for A thru Z payroll processing, timesheets, running of various interfaces and responding to questions and requests related to payroll information Collecting and analyzing information including resolving payroll discrepancies Reconciling of employee deductions and other liabilities Process employee leave requests, return to works and related adjustments Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies Provide information to employees on payroll matters, benefit deductions and timesheet issues Reviewing completed payrolls and reports for accuracy and completeness Responding to questions and requests related to payroll information Protect confidential payroll operation information and maintain employee confidence Qualifications for this role Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, including exceptional knowledge with Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of payroll regulations and requirements Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Strong ability to prioritize and work under strict requirements and meet deadlines Working knowledge of ADP system softwares Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation considered an asset Ability to work independently but also work collaboratively with a team We welcome all applicants who feel this role is for them Submit your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] in order to be considered for this role.
