Job Description We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Kitchener team.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the full process of recruitment, specializing in temporary and direct-hire positions.Responsibilities of Recruitment Coordinator:Recruit workers and place at our clientsPerform full-life cycle recruiting (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers) for primarily industrial positions, managing the interview processCommunication with clients and candidatesSome inside salesAccurate Data Entry (Alpha and numeric)Requirements of Recruitment Coordinator:Excellent customer service skillsMust be able to multi-task and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComputer skills (MS Office, Excel, and Word)Positive attitude and solutions-orientedRecruitment experience would be an assetHuman Resources graduates and college or university graduates welcome to applyCompensation of Recruitment Coordinator:Competitive hourly wage plus benefitsSchedule of Recruitment Coordinator:P/T position 10:00 a.m.
