Our Technical Training team is looking for someone with experience in data analytics, Power BI and SharePoint. This role provides all reporting and analysis business intelligence to EGI Technical Training for the tracking, evaluation and continuous improvement of training offered to employees. This role applies specific expertise in Data Analytics, Power BI development, and SharePoint training content management.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and drive meaningful reporting and analytics; working closely with different business groups to understand data availability and attributes.

• From a variety of internal database sources, gather, analyze, verify and present Technical Training Dashboard metrics to Leadership.

• Gather, analyze, verify and present evaluation results and identify emerging or reoccurring training and development quality issues, recommending potential solutions to resolve those issues.

• Influence and drive the experiences for how users interact with Technical Training content (including but not limited to: training programs, training courses/modules, job aids, videos, source files, project files and graphic/audio assets).

• Create, publish and govern Technical Training content in SharePoint including internal and external facing teamsites.

• Design, create and maintain stunning user experiences via dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.

• Conduct analysis that identify/assess business opportunities and address key business challenges.

• Perform financial analysis for department budget, estimates and actuals.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

• University degree in data analytics and 2 years’ experience OR four‐plus years of previous experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

• 2 years of work experience in data analytics.

• 2-4 years of Power BI reporting development experience.

• 2-4 years of Sharepoint data management and teamsite development experience

• Ability to synthesize large amount of business data and derive insights and recommendations.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (specifically with MS Excel and MS Access), Visio, Adobe, and data query tools.
