Talent and Culture Manager

Our firm designs and implements innovative turnkey energy retrofit projects in existing buildings for the private and public sectors. Our projects deliver buildings that are worth more, emit less greenhouse gas emissions, and cost less to operate, while providing healthy and appealing spaces for occupants.

Specific responsibilities

If you enjoy taking on a variety of tasks and you have a solid background in human resources management, we’d like to meet you.

As Talent and Culture Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process and the orientation process for new employees.
  • Provide Ecosystem managers with advice and support regarding the company’s values, to help develop their skills in human resources management.
  • Share clear information with employees regarding human resources policies and benefits plans.
  • Participate in implementing training and skills development programs for our employees.
  • Participate in monitoring and improving Ecosystem’s talent plan and internal communications.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process.

This position will be based in our Toronto office. Occasional travel to our other offices will be required.

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management or administration.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (French is an asset)
  • Approach focused on employees, internal customers, and business needs.
  • Able to communicate information clearly and concisely.
  • Able to adapt to the company culture.
  • Qualities: conscientious, strong sense of judgement, customer service mindset, integrity, respect, and problem-solving abilities.
