Job Description Job SummaryIn this position, you will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy.As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments.Who is this Role for?If you like technology and are comfortable using technical jargon and computer terminology, this could be a great fit for you.

In some cases, you’d be selling a product to technology novices, so you need to be able to explain the software in simple terms; and for other jobs, you could be selling to highly technical people.

You’ll conduct product demonstrations, answer prospective customers’ questions, and build a robust contact list to really succeed.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed.Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software (Copper), and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.Provide technical support after website, app, or software is purchased.Technical Support will be limited to basic troubleshooting before being escalatedConstruct sales pitches and presentations.Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.Soft SkillsYou must have a sense of humour.You must be hard-working, upbeat, attentive and care about your work.We are growing and priorities shift frequently–rolling with the punches is a must.Be nice.
