In order to join our organizational transformation team, we are looking for an organizational transformation consultant specializing in change management. The main responsibilities are:

  • Participate in definition of high-level approach for change management;
  • identify the requirements for change management support;
  • Identify, track, communicate and mitigate issues and risks raised during the lifecycle of the project;
  • Developing, managing and communicating the integrated project plan;
  • Participate in the implementation of the change management strategy in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
  • Support the project management team in its change management activities and in the implementation of its communication plans;
  • Produce any document intended for project management and / or senior management;
  • Ensure the transfer of expertise to the client.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Psychology or the equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational development, and more specifically in at least the following two (2) areas:
  1. change management in the implementation of business process revision, optimization and technology development projects;
  2. coaching operational managers, project implementation teams and change management advisors;
  • Advanced communication skills including facilitation, presentation, and negotiating skills
  • ACMP or Prosci certification is an asset.
