What will your typical day look like?

This role reports directly to the Service Excellence Director to provide analytical and operational support to the team and the Consulting practice.

In this role, the successful candidate is expected to:

  • Support the development of quality and risk programs, tools and processes created to support leaders and practitioners nationally and globally
  • Participate and contribute to analyzing and implementing process improvement initiatives and process re-engineering opportunities
  • Enhance and maintain dashboards and reports for leaders on Service Excellence performance, key indicators and proactive monitoring of risk
  • Develop national communications for Service Excellence which include but not limited to website development and updates, newsletters and presentations
  • Support the strategic agenda and special projects for the Service Excellence group.
  • Support and coordinate with various teams in project planning and management to ensure milestones are met and deliverables meet expectations
  • Coordinate and execute Service Excellence training for the Consulting practice with other members of the team and various stakeholders of all levels
  • Continuously improve & streamline Service Excellence processes to improve the business experience
  • Advise and communicate to leaders on the Consulting quality and risk processes
About the team

Service Excellence is an enabling area in DMS (Deloitte Management Systems) and supports the Consulting practice to provide quality & risk advisory and management support services across various stages of the engagement lifecycle from sales to finalizing an engagement, promoting quality and risk standards including project delivery methods and tools to achieve delivery excellence.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

  • 3+ years’ experience in quality and risk management or related field, as well as bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Commerce
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word as well as SharePoint and or related analytical tool set
  • Required experience and working knowledge of the following platforms: Excel, Power Bi and Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, creative writing experience is an asset
  • Commitment to quality, process-oriented and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to achieve deadlines and results
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to with others effectively in teams and independently
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, demanding, and time sensitive setting
  • Project management experience or interest
  • Experience or interest in coordinating training through various channels
  • Minimal travel may be required
