Findur Developer
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Findur Developer for a 1-year remote contract. This role is with our Crown corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must be eligible for a valid Secret Security Clearance.
The Findur Developer will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements to meet business requirements (regulatory driven and technology evergreening);

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with technology partners and internal stakeholders;

• Perform technical and root-cause analysis on issues and make recommendation for correction;

• Promote development practices such as test-driven development and DevOps;

• Adopt and champion the current frameworks that have been built to automate and modernize the Findur application;

• Other related activities and deliverables as required;

The Findur Developer must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or related field;

• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with Findur or Endur ;

• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with Java-based application development using Eclipse IDE, preferably with Oracle RBMS in the backend;

• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with RDBMS databases; solid understanding of SQL;

• Demonstrated experience in supporting applications with high-criticality, availability, reliability, and security requirements;

• Demonstrated experience with Agile projects (SCRUM), Performance Testing, Financial applications/Systems, data warehouses, Devops (Jenkins, GitHUB)- would be an asset;
