This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Mississauga, Ontario area.

The other main part of this role is responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project.

– Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
– Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
– Sets forth the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
– Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
– Verifies project with exact ticket workflows and boards
– Aquires and schedules projects
– as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
– Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist
– Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
– Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
– Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
– Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments
– Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials
– Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
– Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team
– clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
– Assists the Product Owner/Product Manager to guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are obvious and possible
– Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
– Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers
– Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
– Heads project planning

– Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is required for success at this position.

– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
– The person in this position should be flexible and focused
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
– PMP Certification experience
– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
– Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
– You might be a good fit for this position if you have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
– Applicants must have a Project Management (PMP) certification
