Position Summary The Business Services Group is looking to fill the position of Robot Process Automation Business Analyst, whose primary responsibilities will be focused on requirements gathering, process documentation, and delivering solutions.

The incumbent will be responsible for documenting detailed business processes, including the different application interactions required to deliver efficiencies and improve services through the RPA platform The position is located in the Gatineau office.

Responsibilities Liaison with different business stream subject matter experts to understand their current processes and document the processes via story, process map, or step by step procedure to enable the maximum automation capable with in the UI Path (RPA tool).

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business, streamlining process utilizing BPMN Provide support for the UI Path solutions of existing business users already in Production Follow documented change management procedures to implement new solutions into production Record and analyze requests for RPA solutions and follow-up on them until properly scoped and complete process documented for evaluation and planning Maintain all Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX) requirements and ensure all steps are fully adhered to and all proper documentation required is complete and maintained.

Complete QA and UAT testing including test script documentation, and perform debugging and validation of solutions delivered for approval and business sign off Adjust and execute SQL scripts; Document and maintain support operation procedures for policy controls of the company; Provide on going support for all production solutions which may included after hours support and weekends.

Manage vendor relationship for both projects and support  Requirements Strong planning, prioritizing and time management skills
– must be able to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations Enjoys working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and process documentation Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), in English.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or information technology BA certification or College Diploma in following areas: Certified business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Experience in using and or capturing requirements for development in UI Path or another RPA tool Experience in using software tools for HR, Finance, CRM, & Analytics Experience in the areas of application integration and methodologies would be an asset; Practical experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX) or internal control procedures and audit requirements in relation to data access, security and master data configuration would be an asset; Exposure to the SQL language would be an asset; Exposure to ITIL concepts, including a good working knowledge of formal change management process would be an asset.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in French would be an asset.
