Capgemini is seeking a: SAP HCM Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Should have 6+ yrs experience in SAP HCM – PA, OM, Time management,Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration.
• • Should have work experience in Jira, Use case development.
• • Strong Integration experience mandatory working with inbound and outbound from SAP to Workday.
• Good to have strong work experience in a landscape with SAP integrated with Workday and or/ systems. 
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation-FS and TS.
• Added advantage for people with ABAP and Workday experience.
• Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements.
• Should have experience in gathering & understanding the business requirements
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills
• Should guide technical consultants (ABAPers) for implementation of business logics
• Work with development to test and problem solve as issues arise.
• Should recommend and deliver business solutions based on HR requirements
