WORK YOU’LL DO

In this role you will be responsible for leading sales and delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Grow the Tech Portfolio: work with the Client Group and Market Unit Technology Sales Leads and Client Account Lead on sales strategy and planning at the account level.
• Build strong client relationships, and personally drive the origination of Technology sales opportunities in support of the wider sales plan; identify relevant offerings and campaigns and drives pursuits at the account.
• Deliver client success: Drive the successful delivery of one or more Technology Services contracts; manage the cost to serve and optimization of cost structure of engagements; sponsors delivery and improvement initiatives.
• Follow delivery management and governance guidelines for the account and portfolio, proactively reporting and actioning exceptions and assuring implementation of delivery rigor.
• As a trusted Technology practitioner: represent Accenture Technology to the client across the portfolio of Technology Services opportunities and contracts.
Advocate for Accenture’s suite of integrated services in alignment with client needs.
• Take ultimate responsibility for managing and orchestrating the account’s relationship with the relevant Technology ecosystem partners.
• People & Stewardship: Establish a diverse account team, manages people matters (performance management and achievement of targets like chargeability) and proactively contributes to employee engagement.
