Location: Burlington, ON but the position will require travelling to other locations within GTA
Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
Pay Rate: $ 70,000 – $90,000 Per Annum

Detailed Job Description:

• Finishers are responsible for pool finish application on designated job sites.

• Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures, ensuring proper safety attire and equipment are worn.

• Foster excellent customer relationships and represent the company professionally at all times.

• Act proactively to identify and resolve problems, seeking assistance when needed.

• Collaborate with the crew to protect the pool area during finish application and maintain a clean work site.

• Encourage active contribution from all crew members to ensure successful project completion.

• Daily responsibilities may vary during the training period.

• Maintain the truck and equipment, ensuring they are cleaned and loaded for the next day’s work.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Must have minimum of 1+ years previous pool construction experience.

• Experienced finishers should have at least 1 year of pool finish application experience.

• Basic construction experience is highly preferred for trainees.

• Possess a Class DZ license (desirable, but not required).

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Physically fit to climb in and out of the truck and pool multiple times a day.

• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and standing for up to ~8 hours per shift.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Proactive problem solver and team player.

The ideal candidate must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. Experienced finishers/trowelers ideally will have at least 1 year of experience applying pool finishes. A Class DZ license is a plus but not required. Candidates must be physically fit, able to work independently or as part of a team, take initiative while also contributing effectively to team goals.
