Product Marketing Coordinator (B2B)

As the Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting multiple sales channels and ensuring that Sales Representatives are provided with appropriate training and communication tools to effectively understand and sell products. You will assist sales by developing customer presentations, promotions, and training materials related to the product line.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support product sales and launches by updating product launch materials, promotional materials, execute product training and develop sales support tools
  • Design, develop, deliver and maintain high impact communication pieces such as presentations and marketing tools, and web based marketing tools.
  • Develop product communications for Sales Team including press releases and discontinuation announcements, and updating platform brochures and materials
  • Maintain price books for multiple sales channels for multiple product lines
  • Coordinate the digital marketing efforts for office products portfolio
  • Liaise with Canon USA and Canon Inc to gather product information and maintain a high-degree of updated knowledge on products.

What We’re Looking For

  • Post secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of related work experience is required
  • Ability to create promotional strategies and make pricing recommendations by analyzing market and product margins
  • Strong project and process managment skills to prepare training processes for Sales Representatives
  • Ability to use critical thinking to prioritize tasks and determine how best to complete them
  • Good equipment operation skills are required to operate scanners and other product line equipment
  • Basic computer/technical skills are required to use Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
  • French is considered an asset
