Product Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leader in the cannabis industry, is seeking a Brand and Marketing Ambassador to join their team. As a Brand and Marketing Ambassador, you will be part of the sales team supporting regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Ambassador

Location: Burlington, ON

Pay Range: $46,000 – $57,000 per year

What’s the Job?

• Host education sessions for budtenders and consumers to promote product knowledge.
• Conduct weekly touchpoints with the line manager to discuss activations and plans.
• Audit stores in your territory to ensure compliance and report findings.
• Organize and execute consumer-facing education sessions with engaging displays.
• Collaborate with key accounts to assist with activations and promotional compliance.

What’s Needed?

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for daily travel.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (5 days per week).
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and a desire to learn more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including smartphones and MS Office Suite.
