About you

You are responsible for business development and management of relationships with specific clients. You provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and creativity to existing and prospective clients.


  • Work together with TGT’s business units and clients to create value-added solutions
  • Expand existing relationships and strategic business development opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and Account planning services
  • Build trust and credibility at all levels of the customers’ organization
  • Participate in meetings and facilitate conversations with a view to creating positive results
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of customer proposals and presentations
  • Tracking and reporting of all client and prospective client activities
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-past environment balancing the client’s needs and requests with TGT’s requirements and philosophies
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for TGT team members and business units


  • Degree in business, law, or related field or a good combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an aptitude for building long-term strategic relationships and a good understanding of business requirements
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • An influencer with strong analytical skills, a solutions-focused attitude and good judgment
  • Proven ability to listen, lead and work effectively with diverse groups
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B environment
