Telecommuting Sales Representative

This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted March 7, 2018.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for creating, managing and growing accounts by ensuring an intimate understanding of their needs so you can proactively partner with them as their premier SHOOTING equipement partner.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of professionalism and experience in developing long term relationships.

Other Requirements:

Offers the customer unique perspectives
Has strong two-way communications skills
Knows the individual customer’s value drivers
Can identify economic drivers of the customer’s business Is comfortable discussing money
A strong technical aptitude is required : Good Understanding of shooting sport , firearm, ammunition and steel targets.

Travel is required about 5-10% of the time within Canada at shooting show or event.


Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record or related experience.
Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience required. B2B, B2C or industrial sales experience preferred.

General Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills utilizing the French and English language.
Good attention to detail with timely follow-up skills.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
CRM’s Managing.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Effective time management skills.
Meet appropriate deadlines, be responsive and accessible.
Accurate and results oriented.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
High mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp technical information.

Varies, depending on attending events and shows.

May include overnight stays.
