This job might be for you if you’ve got… Experience in scaling a direct to consumer eCommerce brand from $30MM to $150MM.

8 years of leading a multi-channel eCommerce business.

Bonus if it’s in the Health & Wellness space.

We expect you’ll have strong opinions about conversion rates, optimized design, and basket building.

3 years leading a team of 5 Direct Reports 3 years experience Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook, SEO and Email marketing.

A Yoda-like ability to make strategic decisions based on data.

Strategy that converts like a tent revival.

Show us how you’ve increased the conversion rates of shopping carts, websites, and landing pages.

There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it
– you’ll need at least 8 years of experience as a digital leader to succeed in this role.

A brain the size of a small planet In this role, you’ll need to think imaginatively and act strategically to drive sales.

A thick portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of all-things eCommerce.

Sorry, but if you have to Google what a ‘X-channel management’ is; or don’t know what ‘COGS’ stands for, then this isn’t the job for you.

A graduate degree in any business field.
