Customer Service Representative – Bilingual

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – FRENCH AND ENGLISH

ROADWARRIOR Inc. is growing and looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! Roadwarrior manufactures a wide range of diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs) for medium-duty trucks, buses and heavy duty class 8 diesel trucks. ROADWARRIOR is an affiliate company of DCL International Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of emission control systems in business for over 30 years.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to speak both French and English fluently
• College or University degree, or relevant work experience, with preference given to those with a manufacturing background.
• 1 -2 years in similar customer-focused positions.
• High level of autonomy with the capability to make decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation; ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other computer programs required.
• Highly organized, with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience using an e-commerce platform considered an asset.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work based on competing deadlines.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Territory Managers and customer’s throughout US and Canada including the French-speaking Quebec market.
• Communicates with customers via phone and e-mail to place orders, ensuring orders are correct and all required information to process orders is received.
• Assists in the generation of customer quotations for existing customers and reviews all quotations for accuracy.
• Enters sales orders into order fulfilment system, ensuring order information is given to necessary parties, and that details are correct and communicated effectively.
• Provides acknowledgements to customers, verifying all shipping information and dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaises with the warehouse department to provide order information and schedule deliveries.
• Provides clarifications and answers to customer’s questions regarding order status and issues.
• Assists in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; identifies and escalates customer complaints when needed.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintains customer records and files by updating account information; responsible for entering all new customer information into the system
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
