Pay Rate: $18.89 per hour

Job Description:

As a Technical Service Rep (Site) II, you will provide outstanding service to support the client’s fleet of printers and multi-function printers. Your responsibilities will include managing call resolve issues in accordance with the customer’s SLA agreement to optimize customer satisfaction.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage senior-level experience and specialized training in electromechanical equipment.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, retrofit, and utilize remote resolution software.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Electromechanical Experience:

  • Senior-level experience, including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics to properly troubleshoot systems.
  • Relevant experience could include roles such as HVAC/Cable Internet technician, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, Repair, or Military/Veteran.

• Driving Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage, and a clean driving history.
  • A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is included in the technician background check.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving are required.
  • Safety is a top priority, especially around electrical components.

Additional Information:

• Driving Requirements: 25-50% of the time using a Xerox vehicle.
• Additional Checks: Driving extract and additional security clearances required by Bruce Power (can take 4-8 weeks).
