Technical service advisor (technician/mechanic)

Youll never be bored.You can save your body from physically taxing shop workTraining and support from our expert teamWhat youll be doing:When a truck driver in our network needs a repair, theyll get an estimate from a vendor, and that estimate will show up on your computer.Youll look into each estimate, and figure out: if that estimate is accurate?

Is that repair needed right now?

Is that the best price for that part?

Is this the best vendor to use?If you answer no to any of those questions, youll spring into action by finding alternatives for the driver, and informing them of whats possible.

The driver will then decide the course of action, and youll let the vendor know what the plan is.Drivers will be back on the road quicker, spending less money, feeling less stress because of you.Theres also some administrative work, as you enter the quotes and invoices into our system, making sure the details match as theyre supposed to.Working with us:This is a permanent, full time position with regular hours from 12:00pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and youll never work weekends.

After a 2-3 week training period in our Oakville, ON headquarters (during which well provide full accommodations), you will work remotely from the comfort of your own home using company provided computer equipment.We are a team thats motivated to find solutions for our customers, so we often collaborate on tricky problems, and share solutions with one another.
