Who we need We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Professional to process both PO and non-PO invoices for payment, reconcile vendor accounts, prepare month end accruals and inter-company reconciliations.

A successful candidate combines excellent attention to detail, a high degree of accounts payable proficiency and good analytical skills.

What our new Accounts Payable Associate will focus on: Record PO & Non-PO invoices in the system for payment Prepare vendor account reconciliations Prepare intercompany reconciliations Log, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, working with purchasing and the vendor Prepare month end accruals Enforce organizational policies, delegation of authority limits Prepare cash disbursements Prepare Ad hoc analysis/reporting as required So, how do we know you are the new Accounts Payable Associate?

You have: The education and background.

Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant.

The experience.

5 years in accounts payable experience.

The technical skills.

Strong experience in accounting software packages and MS Excel.

The drive.

Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and a desire to have a significant impact on the organization Knowledge.

Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) The interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
