Agile Systems Analyst

Are you an enthusiastic Delivery Analyst, with hands-on experience in HR integrations , operations and architecture?

Consider joining our cutting-edge team Building on your specialized project experience, you’ll help us understand business requirement and convert them to solution designs.

Minimum Requirements: Three years experience working and ideally supporting Integrations for Workday and HCM Systems Post-secondary degree in computer science, MIS or business equivalent Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices Exceptional knowledge and experience with platform-as-a-service provider and enterprise management cloud and SAP Broad knowledge of business, application, information, technical, infrastructure and security architecture Responsibilities: Support and lead requirement gathering sessions, technical / solution design, effort estimations, and development of HR systems integrations Provide technical input to strategy / activities associated with the operations, configuration and enhancement of Integrations for Workday Support and guide the integration support with platform-as-a-service provider and enterprise management cloud Understand and consider platform architecture best practices and guidelines as well as security and provisioning requirements for HR systems Location and other Key Details: You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
