Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Bizfield Accelerator Inc.

This is a Part-time position in Toronto, ON posted September 28, 2021.

Bizfield Accelerator is the incubator arm of Bizfield (, a global angel network based in Burnaby, BC, Canada, that helps start-ups successfully incubate their projects and achieve greater business success.

We are looking for a motivated individual, who is a self-starter, able to multi-task and problem solve on the spot.

Interested in start-Ups and eager to learn and communicate with potential business partners.

This position will under Eduwindow project.

Eduwindow is one of incubation projects from Bizfield.

Eduwindow’s business is to use technology to distribute children’s educational content for home-based consumption on big screen TVs.

Utilizing OTT (“over the top”) and IPTV distribution networks, the Company will deploy a subscription service to provide children with rich educational enrichment programs.

The Company intends to position itself as the “Netflix” of children’s educational programming for big screen TVs utilizing a combination of licensed and in-house produced content.

The Company’s mission is to provide children from 5-14 years old with home-based, big screen, extra-curricular, education enrichment programs so that they gain a competitive advantage, and therefore improve their career and life opportunities.

Our vision is to be the leading global producer and distributor of engaging, interactive, and technologically advanced extra-curricular, enrichment learning programs for children.

By utilizing the benefits of smart big screen TVs, we envision providing children around the world with the ability to learn English, other languages, computer language coding, personal financial skills, literature, and multiple valuable life and personal improvement skills – in their homes, supported by their families.

· Contact Canadian TV educational or natural science program content providers to discuss their attorney rights or agency rights in China
· Lead by CMO and cooperate with Chinese TV program distribution channels to distribute content in Canada or other countries.

· Represent the company to organize and participate the marketing activities and marketing campaigns;
· Edit and operate the company’s LinkedIn page, Facebook page, and other social media accounts
· Translate the documents between English and Mandarin
· Other tasks assigned by CEO and CMO.

Job Requirements:
· Relevant business development experience or knowledge.

· Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

· Strong communication skills.

· Must have an attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
· Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision.

· Fluent in MS Office.

· Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Required education: Diploma or degree in marketing or business development is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
