Bid and Proposal Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted October 5, 2019.

Exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company located in Ottawa.

They are looking to hire a Bid and Proposal Coordinator who is responsible for the overall administration and co-ordination of sales proposals, including all proposals and RFP responses (Hardware, Software, and Professional Services and Managed Services) with the objective to provide disciplined and qualify deliverables to support sales activities.

Knowledge and Core Competencies:
• Excellent in MS Office applications and other related document management and search tools;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Ability to exercise independent judgment;
• Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced changing environment;
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Has a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to be creative and displays initiative; and
• Bilingual (English/French) an asset.

Education and Experience Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of three to five (3
– 5) years of RFP/Proposal experience.
