Bilingual Billing Associate (English/French) – Concord, ON

Reporting to the Customer Invoicing Supervisor, the Bilingual Billing Associate (English/French) will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Daily review & processing of SAP Billing reports and incoming adjustment requests.

Review and process Debit & Credit memos.

Ensure all shipments are invoiced timely and accurately.

Prepare & distribute invoices to customers.

Respond and help resolve inquiries from internal departments as well as external customers in a timely manner.

Review, analyze & resolve billing investigations, correction of errors and other billing related discrepancies as required.

Coordinate with other Shared Service teams, IT, and Business Units to deliver seamless service to customers.

Work closely with the A/R Teams, Business Units, Logistics, Accounting and IT to resolve billing and posting errors.

Ensure compliance with SOX controls.

Coordinate & support auditor requests/requirements as assigned.

Coordinate process documentation updates (internal and external) as required.

Participate and support month-end and year-end activities.

Continuously improve operations & processes.

Identify training needs and participate in Business Unit and team training.

Assist the Supervisor in continuously monitoring Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

Experience & Educational Requirements: Fluency in English and French (written & spoken).

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and/or 2 years of experience within a similar role.

Accounts Receivable or Payable experience is an asset.

SAP or other ERP experience is an asset.

Working knowledge and use of office productivity tools with a solid focus on Microsoft Excel.

Position Dimensions: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.

Solid organizational, analytical and prioritizing skills.

Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure, dead-line driven environment.
