Job Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do

 

•    Lead Strategic Hiring: Drive salaried recruitment across corporate and business lines, aligning talent strategies with Aramark Canada’s goals.
•    Be a Trusted Talent Advisor: Partner with hiring managers and HR to provide expert guidance and secure top talent across diverse teams and locations.
•    Own the Full Recruitment Cycle: From job postings to interviews, offers, and background checks—you’ll manage it all with precision.
•    Build Strong Talent Pipelines: Use your market insights and business acumen to attract high-quality candidates and support data-driven decisions.
•    Coach and Support: Train hiring teams on behavioral interviewing and share market intelligence to guide smart hiring choices.
•    Keep It Clean and Compliant: Maintain accurate records, track candidate progress, and generate insightful reports.
•    Champion Community Engagement: Lead initiatives like job fairs, open houses, and networking events to grow diverse talent pools.
•    Analyze and Improve: Use data to spot trends, refine sourcing strategies, and continuously enhance recruitment performance.
•    Embrace Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. Stay ahead of trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

•    Experience: 5+ years recruiting in hospitality, hotel, retail, or food & beverage. You’ve made great hires—and kept them!
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree or colleges certifications would be considered an asset
•    Languages: Fully bilingual in English and French—you communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both. Your proficiency in both languages will be crucial in engaging diverse talent pools and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
•    Campus Recruitment Experience: Experience demonstrating trainee program hiring and campus pipelines to support hiring needs, would be considered an asset.
•    Brand Advocacy: You know how to boost employer brand and attract top talent. Showcase your: Talent for enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.
•    Customer Focus: Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
•    Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors (or another known ATS platform). Experience using AI tools to support recruiting would be a huge asset
•    Data Savvy: You can build reports in Excel and Power BI to track and improve performance.
•    AI & Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., resume screening, chatbots, sourcing automation) is a strong asset. You’re curious about emerging technologies and know how to use them to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
•    Consultative Approach: You’re a trusted advisor who influences hiring decisions and builds strong partnerships.
