Join us to find out how you can be a part of it all! The Opportunity: Working collaboratively with the Property Operations, Leasing, and the Marketing and Communications Teams, the Business Analyst, Revenue Management is responsible for improving business processes, reporting, and systems used to predict the behavior of prospective and current residents in order to maximize yield for the rental products and services, across the Minto Properties portfolio.Revenue management combines data mining, strategy, understanding of customer behavior, and partnering with key revenue partners to optimize business processes and drive returns.

This person must be analytical and detail oriented, yet capable of thinking strategically. What youll be responsible for day to day: Implement and introduce new tools and technology brought on by management that will provide a competitive advantage and drive revenues, including automation;Optimize business processes, reporting and systems used for analysis and decision making;Develop and automate reporting dashboards where appropriate;Understand Mintos customer market and personas used to drive customer value;Identify and champion new business opportunities, systems, and reporting accordingly;Analyze impacts of change and adjust when necessary to ensure successful transitions; andOther duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management. Who were looking for: Education and Experience: Degree or diploma from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance and Accounting, Economics or related major; 2 3 years experience in revenue management, finance, sales and marketing, or related professional area. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Proactive in identifying, understanding, and recommending solutions to improve business processes and tools;Strong business and technological mindset;Detail oriented and inquisitive;Strong analytical skills; able to construct the big picture from large amounts of detail by focusing on the critical business issues; able to work independently and efficiently multi-task;Sees change as an opportunity and can adjust quickly and with ease;Strong management skills including multi-tasking, project management and change management;Performance oriented;Strong communication and organizational skills; andMicrosoft Office Excel and PowerPoint Minto is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
