The Business Rules Analyst is an IT professional responsible for creating and managing configurations across our systems for the organization in a large enterprise environment.

This role will own and maintain configuration baselines, configuration data records and related documentation.

This role will also be responsible for the oversight and support for the identity and access control to information systems, to perform access security baseline activities and reviews, to champion and promote the importance of access security.

This role will analyze and ensure standards and processes for system configurations and access controls are adhere to financial and regulatory controls.

The Business Rules Analyst will work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team of internal cross functional and external multi-vendor teams.

What You Will Do: Controls and documents system configuration management.

Ensures accuracy and completeness of configuring related assets.

Analyzes complex system tables and performs impact assessments to develop/ maintain logical model and processes for configuration items.

Manages and executes specific timed activities for the implementation of strategic/ regulatory initiatives.

Enforces access controls and audits such as to create/ maintain business roles.

Assists in performing pre and post access review activities.

Manages completion of requests, internal and external audits by appropriate Service Level achievement.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to understand, define, and implement business and technical requirements.

Produces and updates technical documentation.

Provides off-hours on-call deployment and support on a rotation basis.

Maintains awareness of trends in regulatory, technology, and operational requirements.

What you Will Need: College/ University degree in the field of computer science, business administration and/ or 5 years of equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of ITIL.

Solid knowledge and understanding of management and principles of system configuration, and application access controls.

Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure DevOps Pipelines.

What you Bring: Supreme tactical execution cadence and attention to details skills.

Strong knowledge of MD IT systems, business models and processes.

Knowledge and use of IT methodologies, systems development life cycle, processes and standards for release and deployment management.

Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to understand and manage multiple factors and specifications.

Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex projects.

Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
