As an Attendant, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service, while accurately managing the drop, count, transfer, and balancing of financial assets at the gaming site.

You will be on the front lines handling cash and voucher transactions with patrons directly, as well as in the main bank helping your internal customers.

Key Responsibilities Counts and verifies opening and closing floats for all coin, currency, chips, and lottery items Accurately retrieve, sort, count and reconcile daily monetary receipts and deposits Exchanges foreign currency and traveler’s cheques for cash, redeems chips for cash, and exchanges large Canadian currency for smaller bills Counts and physically lays out cash and value chips according to established company policies and procedures Records transactions in Casino Management Software and verifies printed reports What You’ll Require A secondary school diploma One or more years of experience in customer service and handling cash (preferably large volumes) Proven high level of Customer Service Strong mathematical aptitude, ability to work in a physically demanding area, ability to work within a confined space, have good hand-eye coordination , good manual dexterity to accurately handle cash, tickets, and be familiar with a high-volume, fast pa ced, multi-tasking environment Excellent communication, organizational, t eamwork and analytical skills Ability to stand for long periods of time and pull, lift, and carry objects up to 35 lbs and push/pull a heavy cart The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol a nd Gaming Commission of Ontario What Is Next Love what you see so far?
