Chief Operator – Refrigeration (Class A)

Our client in the refrigeration industry is seeking a Chief Operator – Refrigeration (Class A) to join their team. As a Chief Operator – Refrigeration (Class A), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Refrigeration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Chief Operator – Refrigeration (Class A)

Location: Concord, ON

Pay Range: $38 – $40 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration system
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Lead and mentor a team of refrigeration operators
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

What’s Needed?

• Valid Class A Refrigeration Operator Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
