Join us to find out how you can be a part of it all! What youll be responsible for day to day: Responsible for managing the tender process of RFPs according to established company policies, procedures and legal templates to ensure optimal results.

RFP’s are prepared for services required by the sites across the country.

Negotiations, for example will include: Snow & Landscaping, Pest Control, HVAC, Life Safety Contracts.Assist in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of service contracts and revenue generating contractsOversees and manages the bid evaluation, analysis and recommendationsAdminister contracts and amendments to contracts according to organizational needs, changing markets and legislative codes and standards.Manages the relationship with Suppliers keeping track of performance, negotiated discounts, and performance assessments to ensure complianceConduct supplier and product/service research according to business objectives and standards to ensure value add for Minto Properties.Perform cost analysis to identify areas of opportunity to reduce cost and maximize revenues.Generate comprehensive reports that provide savings results and status on various KPIs, and assigned projects.Ability to create PR’s in SAP for contract creation.Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management. Who were looking for: Minimum 5 years in a Procurement role working in the Real Estate market or equivalent.BAB E Business Supply Chain Management degree will be considered and assetKnowledge and experience in SAP/ERP systemExtensive experience in contractual agreementsSelf starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and perform your role to complete the job requirementsBilingualStrong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.Focused on ownership of roles and responsibilities.Good analytical skills and problem solving.Team PlayerRelationship builder with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).College Diploma or University Degree in relate field.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Minto is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
