Data Analyst III

As a Data Analyst embedded in the Awareness product team, you’ll help our engineering and business partners in the continuous development and improvement in how we attract and engage with our customers.

You’ll work side by side other Data Analysts, BI Developers, engineers and senior leaders.

All as one team.

Every big or small project will be seen by thousands of Canadian customers in the blink of an eye.

From analyzing and driving brand awareness metrics, to optimizing our digital marketing platforms, you’ll provide key insights so we can make better decisions together and for our customers.

What you’ll do: Provide actionable recommendations on business operations and product roadmap by leading problem research, insights exploration, metrics design, and data storytelling.

Optimize costs and revenue potential via opportunity analysis, forecasting, or simulation Communicate key insights and recommendations and results to VPs and Director Design and build experiments to measure impact of technology and operational changes that impact millions of customers Create self-serve dashboards to support KPIs tracking and insights exploration Partner with other analysts and engineering team to maintain support of related data products and artifacts Educate and evangelize the value of advanced analytics in the company (decision support, problem solving vs.

data pulling) What you’ll need to succeed: Flexibility to work in multiple areas like ETLs, data modeling & design, writing complex SQL queries, Power BI dashboarding, etc.

Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python Grit.

You’ll need great self-motivation and perseverance as we migrate our data infrastructure to the cloud, create actionable analyses to support business improvements that impact millions of dollars in revenue, and establish agile analysis processes.
