Ref ID 05030-0011033620 Classification Administrative Medical Compensation $23.00 to $27.50 per hour There is an opening at a large, dynamic firm for an Executive Assistant.

For this position, we’re looking for candidates who are detail oriented and highly-skilled, and ready to maintain various administrative duties for executive management.

Your responsibilities in this role Schedule travel and meeting arrangements, heavy focus on all aspects of executive calendar management Anticipate the Executive Director?s needs to be proactive in supporting her in creating efficiency in her work Maintaining client databases, performing data entry and creating new information databases when required Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/ external duties Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors Prepare presentations, agendas and organizational charts using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Prepare meeting rooms Assist with proofreading, editing and formatting of documents and letters Perform other related tasks as required Notre client juridique du centre-ville recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) bilingue pour se joindre ?
