· Construction/Facilities Apply Now Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Industry Sector: Retail / Healthcare Salary: $55,000-$60,000 plus benefits Day 1 Length of Project: Permanent Location: Guelph, ON Seeking a Facilities Coordinator to assist our large client in the medical services space with integrating new stores post acquisition.

Reputable, professional and working within a fast growing niche market, this company is growing FAST This could be a great project for your portfolio About the role: The Facilities Co-Ordinator is responsible for working closely with all areas of the Canadian organization to deliver on key responsibilities.

A summary of responsibilities includes: Responsible for coordinating projects relating to facilities maintenance; leases; national cleaning contracts, audiological equipment orders and repairs; and operations projects Coordinating tracking programs for Audiological equipment, tracking and tagging equipment, customer surveys and facilities Maintain ticket coordination for facility and Audiologic equipment support tickets, including coordination of support with clinics and vendor partners.

Complete assigned tasks to support critical project management deliverables Responsible for ICS courier program management Coordination of third-party vendor applications for clinics and clinical employees to meet government regulations.

Produce and maintain various operational reports.

Other related duties as assigned About the candidate: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role College Diploma in Business Administration or related experience in a Project Management capacity Must be highly proficient in Excel, with intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in MS Project will be considered an asset.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to maintain good public relations, both within and outside the organization.

The candidate must be detail oriented, with strong time management skills.

The candidate is responsible to work extended hours as requested, or as required, to meet the job demands.
