Field Service Agent (Part Time) – Barrhaven

As a Field Service Agent, you be responsible for the delivery, basic set up, demonstrations of products and site maintenance of residential audio/video equipment.

Provides assistance with deliveries, installation, and clean-up of residential and commercial audio/video equipment and assist with administrative duties.

Demonstrating a high level of customer service and professionalism in dealing with clients is at the core of this role.

As a Field Service Agent, you will: Support our clients in their homes with the installation of their technology, whether that be Home Theatre or Computing solutions Work with clients to determine technology needs Provide tutorial services to ensure that our customers can take full advantage of their purchases Be an ambassador for the Geek Squad brand through professionalism and outstanding customer service Work with stores in a particular market to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of product What you’ll bring to Best Buy enthusiasm to interact with customers and team members flexibility to adapt to the situations that will arise during these busy times a desire to help, offer support and assistance to all who need it commitment to represent our brand, uphold our operational standards and maintain safety protocols for our working environment What we proudly offer to you a competitive wage, perks and product discounts an enthusiastic and supportive team who you will quickly call family a fun work environment complete with cheering, laughing, dancing and recognition opportunities to learn about products, gain certifications and build new skills Due to COVID-19 all store locations are executing and closely monitoring appropriate protocols such as physical distancing, face masks and capacity maximums for both employees and customers.
