The priority will be to coach your leadership team to grow their company’s revenue and market position:* Working with the management team along with internal and external stakeholders, develop a long-range company vision and mission for each business, and a systematic business and product evolution roadmap to achieve it* Hire, develop, and retain business leaders and functional leaderswho are technically, commercially and project management strong, and deliver sustainably improving (growth and profitability) levels of results * Develop and oversee win-win relationships with key customers and partners to maximize long-term commercial success for all parties and to find creative solutions to challenges/problems as they occur; * Develop clear business plans, priorities and forecasts, and ensure short-range forecasts (net revenue and EBITA) are delivered as expected * Evolve business processes, systems and policies to ensure scalability, the availability of timely data to make the best business decisions, and to comply with regulations and corporate governance requirements. * Assist in integrating acquired companies and vetting a pipeline of M&A prospectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
