Your Job Were looking for a Legal Billing Auditor to join our growing team!As a Legal Billing Auditor, your work will have a big impact on our litigation management department.

This is a team responsible for reviewing legal accounts and collecting data.

You will have a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships with our external legal partners.This position is a full-time permanent opportunity is based in Toronto at 700 University Ave, Ottawa or Montreal.Here are a few ways you’ll make a difference: Review, analyze, and audit invoices submitted by our external legal partners to verify that invoices have been correctly calculated and complies with contractual agreements and billing guidelines Work closely with our payment teams to ensure accurate and timely payments in compliance with service legal agreements Provide reports to our external legal partners on a regular basis, indicating the rationale behind your findings Effectively handle appeals from our external legal partners regarding deductions, including regular telephone calls to address questions or objections.

You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our external legal partners Identify billing patterns and trends relevant to our litigation management goals and proactively escalate issues and report insights.
